According to Bloomberg, Nvidia appointed Suzanne Nora Johnson, former vice chair of Goldman Sachs, as a member of its board of directors, effective July 13. The appointment expands the company’s board to 11 members, with Johnson expected to serve on the audit committee. Johnson, 68, previously held multiple positions at Goldman Sachs, including leading research operations and serving as global head of healthcare.
