According to CNBC, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang begins a four-day visit to South Korea on Friday (June 6), generating significant corporate and investor interest in the country. A tracking website titled "Jensen Huang's Footprints" has attracted over 80,000 visitors, displaying his scheduled meetings and activities, including appearances on a popular variety TV show and a baseball game pitch.

Huang stated at Taiwan's Computex trade show that "Korea is a critical part of our ecosystem," underscoring Nvidia's strategic focus on deepening ties with the country amid evolving global tech supply chains and regulatory challenges in selling to mainland China. South Korean chip stocks declined on Friday, with Samsung Electronics falling 3.98% and SK Hynix dropping 7.22%, tracking broader overnight losses in U.S. chip stocks.
