Nvidia's 9.3% Stake in Nebius Revealed, NBIS Stock Jumps 6.61% Tuesday

According to a Schedule 13G filing, Nvidia revealed on Tuesday that it beneficially owns approximately 22.25 million Nebius Class A ordinary shares, representing a 9.3% passive stake in the cloud infrastructure provider. The disclosure sent NBIS stock surging 6.61% to $194.70 in pre-market trading.

Nvidia's position includes 1.19 million shares held directly and approximately 21.07 million shares connected to pre-funded warrants, incorporating the $2 billion commitment announced in March when Nvidia's ownership was estimated at 8.3%. Freedom Capital also upgraded Nebius from "Hold" to "Buy" with a price target of $200.
