Nvidia's Rubin Server Slashes Memory Config from 55TB to 28TB; Micron Falls 7.7%, SK Hynix Drops 8.32%

According to SemiAnalysis, on June 5, Nvidia's next-generation Rubin NVL72 AI server cluster will significantly reduce memory capacity from the originally planned 55TB to 28TB, with most systems adopting 96GB SOCAMM modules instead of the planned 192GB modules to address supply chain constraints. Following the report's release, Micron fell 7.7% yesterday, while SK Hynix declined 8.32% in today's opening trade.
