Ondas Raises FY26 Revenue Guidance to $525M After DZYNE Acquisition, 35% Increase

According to StockTwits, Ondas Holdings raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $525 million on Monday following its acquisition of autonomous aerial systems developer DZYNE Technologies, up from a previous forecast of $390 million—a 35% increase. The defense firm completed the transaction for $875.8 million, consisting of $200 million in cash and approximately 85 million shares valued at $675 million. DZYNE shareholders will own about 13.8% of Ondas' outstanding shares post-completion. DZYNE is expected to contribute $191 million in revenue during 2026. This marks Ondas' second major acquisition in 2026, following its earlier buyout of Mistral.
