Ondo Finance Wins FINRA Approval to Bring Tokenized Stocks and ETFs to U.S. Investors

Ondo Finance's SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, recently obtained FINRA authorization to offer tokenized corporate equities and investment funds to U.S. institutional and retail investors under SEC and FINRA oversight.

The approvals allow Oasis Pro Markets to support tokenized primary offerings, secondary trading, private placements and over-the-counter transactions in National Market System equities, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds and index funds. Settlement can occur using traditional fiat currencies or supported stablecoins, with transfers conducted directly between blockchain wallets while remaining under existing U.S. securities regulations.
