According to Odaily, OpenClaw announced today the establishment of a foundation registered as a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The foundation aims to protect OpenClaw and ensure it remains open and independent, positioning the platform as a neutral hub in artificial intelligence where all models and labs can access and collaborate on technology standards. The foundation has assembled multiple committees to work on AI agent identity, agent profiles, evaluation standards, and enterprise deployment initiatives.
