Osome Cuts 70+ Roles, Improves EBITDA by 50% With AI Shift

According to Tech in Asia, Singapore-based corporate management platform Osome has cut more than 70 roles over the past two years while deploying AI to handle compliance tasks such as recording transactions and processing invoices. CEO Eugenio Ferrante said the company traded slower revenue growth in FY2025 for a 50% improvement in EBITDA. With business registrations hitting all-time highs in its core markets, Osome expects revenue to grow by up to 30% in FY2026.
