According to SEC Form 4 filings, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and CLO Daniel Gallagher sold shares on July 6 following a 35% stock rally over the past month. Tenev sold 375,000 shares at weighted average prices between $112.22 and $118.14, totaling approximately $43.6 million. Gallagher sold 10,000 Class A shares across seven transactions at weighted average prices ranging from $112.06 to $118.45 per share. Both executives executed the sales under Rule 10b5-1 trading plans adopted in 2025, which allow insiders to schedule trades in advance and do not necessarily signal a change in company outlook. HOOD closed at $113.53 on Wednesday after the 37% monthly gain.
