Gate News message, April 23 — Russia has received a highest-level invitation to attend the Group of 20 (G20) summit scheduled for December 14-15, 2026, in Miami, Florida, according to Alexander Pankin, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, speaking at the United Nations headquarters on April 23.

When asked which official would represent Russia at the summit, Pankin stated that the matter would become clearer as the event approaches.
