According to Xinhua News Agency, Samsung Electronics' non-chip division union is seeking an injunction to halt a wage agreement vote that began on May 22. Electronic voting is scheduled to run through May 27 at 10 a.m., with approximately 89,000 union members participating. The agreement will take effect if voter turnout exceeds 50% of total members and a majority supports it; otherwise, labor and management will resume negotiations.
