Securitize Posts Record Q1 Revenue of $19.5M, $3.4B in Tokenized Assets Under Management

According to its Q1 earnings release, Securitize posted record revenue of $19.5 million in the first quarter of 2026, up 39% year-over-year. Tokenized assets under management reached $3.4 billion as of March 31.

The quarter saw Securitize strengthen partnerships with the New York Stock Exchange, becoming the first firm eligible to mint blockchain-based securities for ETFs on the NYSE's Digital Trading Platform. The company also expanded the reach of BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized money market fund through new integrations with Uniswap, making fund shares available to trade on UniswapX infrastructure.
