SEI-7.02%
According to ChainCatcher, Sei unveiled its Giga upgrade roadmap, a next-generation protocol upgrade designed to achieve higher transaction throughput through reconstruction of the execution client, state management, and consensus mechanism. The roadmap includes four core upgrades: Ares execution client (optimizing performance via pipelined execution and async processing), Eidos state management (replacing Merkle trees with flat key-value storage), Autobahn consensus (targeting 200,000 TPS and 400ms finality), and Sedna private mempool (introducing encrypted transaction propagation). Sei is also transitioning toward an EVM-only architecture by phasing out Cosmos SDK and CosmWasm through SIP-3.
