According to Chairman Sha Yan, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced on May 28 a series of capital market opening initiatives to facilitate foreign investor participation in A-shares. Key measures include steadily expanding its stock market interconnectivity mechanism and refining QFII (Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor) program implementation to better support onshore-offshore market coordination. The exchange will also diversify product offerings through enhanced international index collaboration and accelerated development of offshore ETF products.
