Shenzhen's 2025 GDP Posts 387.32 Billion Yuan, Up 5.5% Year-on-Year

According to Jin10 and Guangdong's official statistical office, Shenzhen's 2025 GDP reached 387.32 billion yuan, up 5.5% year-on-year as of May 25. The city's year-end resident population stood at 18.25 million, increasing by 259,000 from the prior year, with urbanization reaching 99.79%.

Per capita GDP for the year was 213,763 yuan, rising 4.1% year-on-year. The tertiary sector accounted for 62.5% of total output, contributing 242.21 billion yuan with 6.3% growth.
