South Korea's FSC to Unveil Tokenized Securities Rules in July, Allowing Multi-Asset Bundling

According to Money Today, South Korea's Financial Services Commission will announce detailed tokenized securities rules in July, preparing for implementation in February 2027. The regulator will permit fractional investment certificates backed by multiple asset classes and establish a tokenization roadmap for traditional securities including stocks and bonds. The FSC previously prohibited bundling heterogeneous assets into fractional securities; it now plans to allow same-class asset bundling within defined limits, with investor protection and market order as core safeguards.
