S&P 500 Futures Up 0.5%, Nasdaq 100 Adds 0.7% as Chip Stocks Rally on Friday

According to Bloomberg Terminal data, on Friday, S&P 500 futures rose 0.5% and Nasdaq 100 contracts added 0.7% as chip stocks rallied ahead of a payrolls report. Microchip Technology climbed 2.4% after beating earnings estimates, while Nvidia, Micron, and Qualcomm also gained. West Texas Intermediate crude oil held steady at around $95 a barrel amid the ongoing Iran ceasefire.
