SpaceX Self-Developed C-Language AI Training Framework V1.0 Near Completion for Grok v5

According to Beating, SpaceX's internal team has nearly completed its self-developed C-language AI training framework V1.0 for large-scale model training. The framework is optimized for a massive computing cluster consisting of 220,000 Nvidia GB300 accelerators and 800G network interfaces. Designed with bare-metal efficiency and deep pipeline parallelism, the C-language architecture reportedly delivers over 10 times faster performance than Google's mainstream JAX framework.

The new training stack will run on SpaceX's Colossus supercomputer cluster to power full-scale training and iteration of the next-generation Grok v5 model.
