According to an SEC 8-K filing, Strategy held 847,363 Bitcoin as of June 28, with a total cost basis of approximately $64.1 billion and an average price of about $75,651 per coin. During the week of June 22-28, the company did not purchase any additional Bitcoin. The firm raised approximately $1.152 billion in net proceeds through an ATM (at-the-market) offering of MSTR common stock during the same period.
