According to MarketWatch, on July 9, Subversive ETFs filed applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch two new exchange-traded funds that exclude Elon Musk-related companies. The products—QQNE (tracking the Nasdaq 100 without Musk companies) and SPNE (tracking the S&P 500 without Tesla)—are designed to provide index exposure while avoiding investments in Tesla and SpaceX. This marks the first ETF explicitly excluding companies tied to a specific individual from major benchmark indices.
