Tether Freezes 3.29M USDT in Rhea Finance Hacker Address

Gate News message, April 17 — Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino announced that Tether has frozen 3.29 million USDT held in the hacker address linked to Rhea Finance.

Rhea Finance fell victim to a fake token contract attack, resulting in approximately $7.6 million in stolen funds. The frozen USDT represents a portion of the compromised assets.
