Titan Share Gets Warning from Zhejiang Securities Regulator for Delayed Fund Investment Disclosure

According to its announcement, Titan Share received a warning from China's Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau on May 19 for failing to timely disclose a 10 million yuan private fund investment. The company signed an agreement with Linglan Private Fund Management on August 18, 2025, to invest in the Wuhu Linglan Kedan Private Fund Partnership as a limited partner. However, it did not conduct timely board review and disclosure until April 24, 2026. The regulator also issued warnings to board members Chen Youyong and Pan Xiaoao, with the violations recorded in their securities market integrity files.
