TON Achieves 0.6-Second Block Finality, Outpacing Avalanche and BNB Chain on May 7

According to Pavel Durov, Telegram's founder, TON achieved the fastest block finality time among major Layer 1 blockchains on May 7. TON's final block confirmation takes approximately 0.6 seconds, faster than Avalanche (about 1 second), BNB Chain (about 1.1 seconds), Ethereum (13 minutes), and Bitcoin (about 1 hour), according to data shared by Durov.
