Tuum Appoints Vocalink Veteran Gregor Dobbie as CEO

According to Tuum, the Tallinn-based core banking platform has appointed Gregor Dobbie as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. A 30-year banking technology veteran and former CEO of Mastercard-owned Vocalink, Dobbie will lead Tuum's next phase of global expansion, focusing on scaling market presence and AI-driven product development.

Dobbie will make his first public appearance as Tuum CEO at Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam from June 2–4, 2026. According to the company, Tuum has delivered more than 20 major core banking implementations with a 100% success rate to date.
