Two Israeli Soldiers Killed in Southern Lebanon Since June 4; One Struck by Hezbollah Drone

On June 6, Israel Defense Forces confirmed that two soldiers were killed during operations in southern Lebanon since June 4. An Israeli captain who was heavily wounded by a Hezbollah drone strike on the night of June 4 died at a hospital on the morning of June 6. Another soldier was killed on June 5, reportedly from an accidental weapon discharge while on duty in southern Lebanon.
