Two MANGOS Concept ETFs Filed with SEC, May Launch by End of August

On June 15, Yorkville America and Corgi Securities submitted applications to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch MANGOS concept ETFs, according to filings reviewed by media outlets.

MANGOS comprises six core AI-sector companies: Meta Platforms, Nvidia, Alphabet, SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Yorkville plans to offer two product variants, while Corgi's fund will focus solely on the six core holdings. If approved, both ETFs are expected to launch by end of August.
