Typhoon Haikui Formed Over Northwest Pacific on July 13, Located 930 km West-Southwest of Guam

According to China Meteorological Administration, Typhoon Haikui (tropical storm level) formed on July 13 morning in the northwest Pacific at coordinates 10.6°N, 136.7°E, approximately 930 kilometers west-southwest of Guam. The typhoon's maximum sustained winds near its center reached 8-level (18 meters per second) with a central pressure of 998 hectopascals. The administration forecasts no impact on Chinese maritime areas.
