According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine struck the Dubna satellite communications center in Moscow region on June 30. The facility, approximately 500 kilometers from Ukraine's border, is used for Russian military intelligence gathering. This marks the second attack on the site in a week, following a strike on June 22.

A Ukrainian long-range drone also hit a residential area in Yegoriyevsk, southeast of Moscow, causing a house collapse. Four family members were rescued, but a six-month-old infant was killed in the strike.
