Ukrainian Forces Strike Russian Military Facilities, Including Warship Over 1,500 Km Away on May 7

According to Ukraine’s General Staff, Ukrainian forces launched overnight strikes on multiple Russian military facilities on May 7, including a multipurpose missile corvette at the Kaspiysk military base in Russia’s Dagestan Republic. The vessel is capable of firing Kalibr cruise missiles. Ukrainian forces also targeted command posts in Luhansk, a drone command center in Donetsk, ammunition and fuel depots in Luhansk, and troop concentrations in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk. Additionally, Ukrainian forces struck an oil refinery in Russia’s Perm Krai, over 1,500 kilometers away.
