Upbit Opens First Offline Customer Service Center Outside Seoul in Daegu on July 8

According to Dunamu, Upbit's operator, the exchange opened an offline customer service center on July 8 at The Hyundai Daegu, located on the 8th floor in Jung-gu, Daegu. The pilot operation will run until September 23, marking the first time Upbit has operated a customer service desk outside Seoul.

The center provides one-on-one consultations and new account registration guidance for first-time Upbit users and those unfamiliar with the platform. Dunamu plans to evaluate the pilot results before considering further expansion of customer touchpoints.
