U.S. Biotech Ingeniatx Opens Public Subscription July 30-31 as Kosdaq IPO Market Struggles

According to investment banking sources, U.S. biotech company Ingeniatx will accept public share subscriptions from July 30-31, with the company pursuing listing via Depositary Receipt (DR). Ingeniatx develops antibody-based treatments for kidney disease by protecting and restoring microvessels. Its lead pipeline asset, MK-8748, is an ophthalmology candidate originally acquired by Merck through its purchase of Avibio.

Neobrew, a vehicle display specialist, is relisting on Kosdaq on July 27 following a spin-off from listed company Tobis. The Kosdaq market overall has faced headwinds, with the index closing at 748.22 on July 24, marking its lowest level since June 2, 2025. Among 11 companies that listed over the past three months, only two currently trade above their IPO price.
