US Bitcoin ETFs See Cumulative Outflow of 135,000 BTC Since October, Holdings Down 18%

According to CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have cumulatively outflowed approximately 135,000 BTC since their peak in October 2025. Total ETF holdings declined from 745,890 BTC to 610,280 BTC, representing an 18% decrease. The 30-day moving average net flow has dropped to approximately -102,000 BTC, the lowest level since the ETF products launched. Over the past four weeks, all weeks recorded net outflows, totaling approximately 64,000 BTC, with the latest week at -29,500 BTC.
