U.S. Defense Department to Procure Over 10,000 Low-Cost Containerized Missiles Starting 2027

The U.S. Department of Defense announced on May 13 framework agreements with defense contractors Anduril, CoAspire, Leidos, and Zone 5 for low-cost containerized missiles. Under the plan, the department aims to procure over 10,000 units over a three-year period beginning in 2027.
