U.S. House Price Index Rises 2% Year-Over-Year in April; Prior Month Revised to 1.8%

According to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), the U.S. House Price Index rose 2% year-over-year in April. The agency also revised its prior month reading from 1.7% to 1.8%.
