U.S. ITC Issues Final Determination on Semiconductor Devices Trade Case, Settles with AMD

Gate News message, April 28 — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final determination on April 27 regarding a trade dispute involving specific semiconductor devices and downstream computing products and components. The ITC declined to review the initial determination (No. 11) issued by an administrative law judge on March 31, 2026.

Based on a settlement agreement, the ITC terminated its investigation against Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), one of the named defendants in the case.
