U.S. Military Completes Nine-Day Campaign Against Iran, Targets Military Infrastructure

According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the U.S. military completed nine consecutive overnight strikes against Iran on July 19 at 10 p.m. ET. The operations targeted Iranian military command centers, broadcast facilities, coastal surveillance systems, naval assets, missile and drone launch sites, and communications infrastructure to degrade Iran's capability to attack commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, Pakistan and Qatar proposed a 10-day ceasefire to both the U.S. and Iran. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei confirmed that Iran has received proposals from mediating countries, stating, 'It is true that various ideas have been conveyed to Iran from some mediating countries.'
