According to a Foshang Gold Control Futures report on May 18, Iran said the U.S. has proposed five key conditions: transferring 400 kilograms of enriched uranium to the U.S., no U.S. war reparations, and allowing Iran to operate only one nuclear facility. Two U.S. officials disclosed that Trump plans to meet with his national security team on Tuesday to discuss military action options. Iran’s military warned that any further U.S. military aggression will be met with a forceful response. The U.S. Energy Secretary stated the Strait of Hormuz will reopen by this summer at the latest.
