US Semiconductor ETF Rises 3.33% on Monday, June 29; Tech and Consumer ETFs Gain

On Monday (June 29), US industry ETFs posted mixed results. The semiconductor ETF led gains with a 3.33% rise, while consumer discretionary, technology, and networking ETFs climbed at least 2.22%. Energy sector ETF declined 0.48%, regional bank ETF fell 0.56%, and global airline ETF dropped 0.60%. Among the S&P 500's 11 sectors, telecommunications gained 3.11%, consumer discretionary rose 2.68%, and information technology advanced 1.69%, while energy and real estate sectors declined 0.62% and 0.73% respectively.
