U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs Record Worst Month Since Debut, Shedding $4.5 Billion in June

According to SoSoValue data, U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs recorded $4.5 billion in net outflows in June, marking their largest monthly withdrawal since launching in January 2024. BlackRock's IBIT, the largest spot bitcoin ETF by net assets, accounted for $3.55 billion of the outflows. The monthly outflow surpassed the previous record of $3.48 billion set in February 2025 by 29%. Total net assets across U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs declined to approximately $70.9 billion from above $110 billion earlier in the year.
