Venezuela's Cashea Completes $100M in Cumulative Funding on July 21

According to Bloomberg, Venezuela's largest fintech company Cashea completed $100 million in cumulative funding on July 21. The company closed a $60 million Series B round in June, led by FinSight Ventures and joined by Endeavor Catalyst, Plug and Play, U.S. university funds including Washington University in St. Louis, and Latin American investors. Earlier in March, Cashea raised $40 million in Series A funding led by Spice Expeditions, comprising $20 million in equity and $20 million in debt financing from Architect Capital.
