Watsons' London IPO Delayed to 2027 Over Asian Regulatory Issues

According to CK Hutchison, Watsons' planned London IPO will be delayed to next year due to regulatory and other complex issues in Asia. The health and beauty retailer originally planned to list in Hong Kong and London this autumn, targeting $2 billion in fundraising at a $30 billion valuation.

The delay follows Watsons' announcement of asset sales, including the disposal of European luxury beauty retailer Marionnaud. Such transactions require resubmission of listing documents, according to market sources.
