According to Beating, X's developer team recently released a configuration guide enabling Hermes, an open-source AI agent developed by Nous Research, to integrate with xurl and automate X operations. With the xurl skill enabled, users can command Hermes in plain language to post, search, retrieve bookmarks, or manage lists directly.

To set up the workflow, users must register an application on the X Developer Platform to obtain OAuth 2.0 credentials and authorize locally. If using xAI-provided models for inference, an active SuperGrok subscription is required to access Grok models.
