XRP Reaches Record Oversold RSI Levels; Historic Cycles Point to $20 Target

XRP-2.00%

According to analyst Ash Crypto, XRP has reached its most oversold level on record, with its monthly RSI falling below extreme levels seen during the March 2020 COVID crash. Trading at $1.05, the asset remains approximately 72% below its all-time high. Such oversold readings have historically appeared near major market bottoms as selling pressure fades.

On-chain data shows exchange reserves tightening, with Binance holding roughly 200 million more XRP than before October 2025, while trading activity has dropped around 46%. Declining exchange balances typically signal reduced available supply for sale. Historical cycle analysis by XRP Update estimates a theoretical target near $20, averaging 2017 and 2021 cycle benchmarks.
