According to Zcash Foundation, the organization released its Q1 2026 report on May 19, disclosing total liquid assets of approximately $36.7 million. The breakdown includes approximately $12.11 million in cash, 506,556 USDC, 85,412 ZEC (approximately $21.2 million), 41.8 BTC (approximately $2.85 million), and 12.02 ETH (approximately $25,000). The foundation also noted that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its investigation with no enforcement action, resolving long-standing regulatory uncertainty.
