Zhipu Proposes A-Share Issuance, Applies for STAR Board Listing on June 1

According to Zhipu's Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing reported by Odaily, the company's board approved on June 1, 2026, a proposal to issue A shares and apply for listing on Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR board (Scientech Innovation Board). The proposed A-share issuance will represent 2% to 8% of the company's post-issuance total share capital, ranging from approximately 9.1 million to 38.8 million new shares. The board also approved ancillary resolutions related to the A-share issuance, which will be submitted for shareholder approval at the company's annual general meeting.
