Drama Justin Sun vs WLFI – Backdoor smart contract

Join the drama hype community, lately there haven't been many dramas for us to enjoy, only the FUD from ZachXBT and the lawsuit between Justin Sun and WLFI. I will analyze these dramas one by one for everyone to enjoy, starting with the lawsuit between Justin Sun and WLFI.
These days, I've been checking Etherscan all the time because of this case. The WLFI token contract was deployed in September 2024 and is completely clean, with no blacklist or freeze. But exactly one week before the unlock date (August 24, 2025), they secretly upgraded and added the isBlacklisted() function. Just 11 days later, almost the entire Justin Sun wallet was frozen.
@justinsuntron spent up to 75 million USD, bought several billion tokens, and even became an advisor for the project. His tokens were locked without prior notice. WLFI claims "the terms of sale clearly stated," but I find it strange: why not be upfront from the start and only add this right before the unlock?
Sun filed a lawsuit first in California, WLFI countersued in Florida for "defamation." Sun immediately responded: "This is just a PR stunt, I am confident and expect to win the case." What do you all think? I believe this backdoor case deserves further analysis.
