These days, watching AI agents help people run on-chain interactions has been pretty popular. But honestly, a lot of steps still need to be backed up by humans. For example, when it comes to signing—no matter how smart the agent is—it shouldn’t click “Confirm” for you. With contract upgrades and proxy contracts, this kind of trap is unforgiving: make one mistake and you can’t undo it. And for cross-chain transfers, authorization limits, or gas settings that are too aggressive and end up stalling for hours—these details really do have to be monitored by a person.

During airdrop season, task platforms have been getting increasingly harsh on anti-bot measures, and point-based systems have made the “free-earn” crowd feel like they’re clocking in for work. I’ll admit I’m a little envious of those people whose accounts still manage to thrive even after having a bunch of them… But right now, I’d rather move more slowly. If net inflows and active addresses look off, I’ll stop first—don’t let the agent “automate” me into becoming a run-of-the-mill victim.
