ChainCatcher Message, London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has allocated 187,000 ordinary shares in accordance with the subscription agreement. The total proceeds from this share subscription amount to £82,170 (before deducting fees), equivalent to approximately £0.44 per share, with the company receiving about 98.25% of the amount as settlement. The remaining unsold ordinary shares under the subscription agreement amount to 58,833,500 shares.
