PANews February 2 News, according to Cointelegraph, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) of South Korea announced that it has upgraded its “Virtual Asset Transaction Analysis Intelligent System” (VISTA) used for investigating illegal cryptocurrency transactions, adding automated detection algorithms. The algorithm uses sliding window grid search technology to automatically scan all possible sub-periods within transaction datasets, identifying potential price manipulation periods without manual intervention. The regulatory agency stated that performance tests conducted on completed investigations showed that the system can detect all previously identified manipulation periods and also mark additional suspicious periods that are difficult to detect with traditional analysis.
