CryptoQuant Research Director: recommends that Strategy pause purchases, or else there may be continued buying at local highs

PANews February 10 News, Julio Moreno, Head of Research at CryptoQuant, stated that the current operational advice for Strategy is to pause purchases and acknowledged that the market is in a bear phase. He recommends raising cash through ATM, holding funds, and waiting several months for market conditions to improve before deploying, otherwise risking continued buying at local highs. He emphasized that even non-traders should adopt more strategic purchasing methods.
